What do you think of the future of travel? How do you see the future of our society?
There are less and less authentic places..as well as less and less remote spots, one sees the same luxury stores and restaurants everywhere. Globalization is ruining the charm of my favorite places around the world. I am actually not very optimistic about the future of travel.
How do you think we can contribute?
Keeping those special places a secret - and to not share them on social media.
What is your future dream trip?
A trip to Socotra island, Yemen.
What is your favorite journey ever that you took?
There is so many! But let's pick my first time in Siwa (in the Egyptian desert close to the boarder of Libya)
What are some of your favorite addresses in the world?
Any antique market.
What are your favorite places and activities in Paris?

If I am not there, I am probably walking along the Seine.

SILK ROAD : The book I just published and launched, which is sharing photos of a month long trip with the legendary photographer Mark Bortwhick along the Silk Road. We traveled from Mongolia to Egypt and on to Venice. This book is my way of sharing my vision of how to travel.
